I was wondering where you guys order your custom pcb’s? Both for the ecological footprint and because I’m a very impatient person, I prefer to get them somewhere in Europe (or even better: Poland) but at the same time I wouldn’t want to pay more than 50zl for a couple (1, or 2, or 5… as I understand the setup costs are usually 90% of the total cost…).
in Poland you have good company located in Gdańsk https://tspcb.pl/ I have already ordered some PCBs there and I am going to order more.

Nice! Do you have an idea what kind of prices/round trip times you have (for the simplest kind of board, low volume)?
calculations from their website. But I got lower prices. I don’t remember what price, but I will check. They are fast in production and it took about a week.
this is just for PCBs or for assembling components as well?
They don’t do assembling, only produce pcb plates.

2 weeks ago I was there and they showed me the whole production process including showing all machines. It was very nice tour.

I heard that German companies (maybe also this one too) are subcontracting PCB manufacturing to a Polish company from Gdańsk called TSPCB.

Hmmmmm, I guess it’s not the most ecological to send the board from Gdansk to Germany and then back rto Gdansk :). And it indeed looks like these guys are not producing anything themselves, just providing a marketplace…
On the other hand, they have pricing examples on their website for 3 boards of 50x70mm for €15. Whereas on the tspcb website it’s €47 for the same… So either Aisler takes away a lot of manual work from them (startup costs at Aisler are €10, compared to €25 at TSPCB), or they have some special deal, or produce them somewhere else…
I am sure they have a special deal. I had a visit to TSPCB to have the good deal. They said that they have a lot of orders from Germany, from similar companies that they are.
Reviving my old thread because I found something else: Satland Prototype, they reside in Wrzeszcz. Single layer 50x70mm board is as cheap as 25zl.
Anyone has experience with them?
47zl incl VAT for 4 small single layer PCB boards. Pick up in Osowa. I got a nice St Nicolas present
